General Summary:

A non-exempt, entry level position responsible for providing administrative support to members of the Human Resources department. Will be responsible for organizing personnel and benefit files, filing, and other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

* Must have strong organizational and computer skills.

* Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

* Willingness to learn.

* Ability to analyze data, report findings, and make recommendations.

* Other duties as assigned.
