Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for the daily management of the financial aid aspects of the Second Chance Pell Grant Experimental Site initiative.

It will serve as a liaison between TCC's Financial Aid office, Correctional Education Program, and other Student Affairs offices. Provides student services to students at local correctional facilities at which TCC offers classes.

Bachelors degree required in Higher Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling and Student Personnel or related field.

One year experience working in financial aid.

Experience working with Federal Title IV regulations, policies and procedures related to financial aid.

Personal computer skills required.

Ability to perform duties on one's own initiative with minimal supervision.

Ability to interact effectively with a diverse student population and all college service areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree preferred.

Minimum Salary: Minimum starting salary: $18.03/hr Work Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

or

Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
