Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for executing and documenting audit programs to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. To be successful in this Auditor role, a candidate should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong interpersonal skills. This high-visibility position provides opportunities to assess and improve business processes and internal control structures while rapidly gaining exposure to diverse business activities and levels of management.

General Duties and Responsibilities

* Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley project planning, testing, and wrap-up.

* Create/update SOX flowcharts documenting internal controls.

* Execute SOX test programs and document results.

* Execute Internal Audit programs and document results.

* Evaluate information to determine compliance with policies and procedures.

* Report audit findings to the Audit Supervisor and/or Audit Director.

* Actively communicate with supervisors, peers, and stakeholders.

* Work under the direct guidance of the Audit Supervisor and Audit Director.

* Ability to work well in a team environment.

* Other applicable duties as requested.

* Regular attendance at the worksite is required.

* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.

* Internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience is preferred.


Capacity for occasional travel.
