JOB SUMMARY: Maintains the highest level of culinary standards as determined by the Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage, and TRC guests. Provides an exceptional dining experience for guests. Properly preps sushi and cooks various meats, poultry, fish and other seafood, stocks, sauces, soups, noodles, and dim sum. Sauts, pan frying, poaching, steaming, roasting, grilling, simmering, broiling, deep frying, wok cooking, and braising. Assists with all stations as needed or requested.

RATE OF PAY: $19.72 per hour
