The Department of Surgery is seeking a Research Specialist to assist the Cardiothoracic Surgery Lab with ongoing studies. This position will include performing standard laboratory procedures and maintaining laboratory equipment. The Research Specialist will analyze data, record detailed documentation and report to participating investigators; assist with writing papers and manuscripts for publication; may be required to travel to remote locations to perform research experiments.
