We are looking for a candidate with the requisite skills talent to take on this exciting new career opportunity. The short term temporary Project Assistant role will be based in Tucson, Arizona. What you get to do every day - Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events - Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress - Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations - Utilizing online research tools to find information - Managing the distribution of project information to key partners - Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications - Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support Please submit your resume to today.
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Understanding of database and file management - Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel - Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite - One (1) year of business/office experience required - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred - Strong attention to detail - Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
