Program Coordinator, Member Services

The Program Coordinator for Member Services is a full-time position (12 month) that provides for the effective day-to-day supervision and implementation of programs and services for Campus Recreation. Specific responsibility for member services includes oversight for the front desk, registration, equipment check out, massage therapy and corresponding customer service supervisory staff. A critical component of this position includes the use and understanding of the department's recreation software. Coordinators are responsible for hands-on operations including personnel supervision, guest services, facility and equipment operations and maintenance, cash handling, delivery of programs and services, safety and risk management. This position coordinates hiring, training and supervising staff who oversee customer service functions and services. The position requires representation of the Department of Campus Recreation in a fair, consistent, cooperative and positive manner in accordance with Department and University policy. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Facilities and Member Services.
