Job Type: Full-time

*Performance-based pay plan. $45k-$55k average annually.


The assistant parts manager is responsible for assisting in directing the operation of the dealerships parts department engaged in; customizing and outfitting, UTVs, ATVs, Motorcycles and Personal Watercraft.


  • Assist in managing the activities of parts department in order to ensure efficient and profitable operation of the department
  • Ensures an adequate number of trained personnel on duty during hours of operation
  • Provide for training of parts and personnel as necessary
  • Ensure that all customers are greeted assisted and provided the opportunity to receive the best experience possible
  • Ensure that all merchandise in the department is displayed properly and that general housekeeping is done on an ongoing basis
  • Complete end-of-day reporting procedures
  • Cashier completed repair orders and forward to accounting according to department procedures
  • Abide and enforce all dealership policies pertaining to the department
  • Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees
  • Follow company dress codes and be well-groomed at all times.


  • Previous automotive or powersports department management experience (required)
  • Energetic and highly motivated

  • Both indoor and outdoor shifts
  • Ability to move motorcycles and lift up to 50 lbs.
