This company specializes in innovative solutions on how to move and circulate air. Products range from specialized HVAC applications used in critical industrial environments such as biotechnology and pharmaceuticals manufacturing, aerospace and hospitals, to the extremely demanding cleanrooms used in semiconductor manufacturing.
THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL SMALL PARTS MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY POSITION THIS POSITION MOSTLY RELATES TO CONSTRUCTION AS THEY WILL BE HELPING BUILD 2 STORY LARGE HVAC SYSTEMS.
MUST BE OK WITH DOING REPETITIVE TASKS.
Job Description Details: Both position could cross over regardless of title
***WILL BE TAUGHT HOW TO READ BLUEPRINTS AND RUN FORKLIFTS***
-Cleaning Air Handling Units
-Installing filters and insulation
-Basic assembly duties
-Will operate a screw gun
-Installs wall panels, doors and internal parts
-Finish caulking work
-Helps install wall panels, doors and internal parts.
-Helps install fans and filter racks
-Will use an assortment of hand tools: Ie Hammers screwdrivers, caulking guns
-May be trained in crane use and rigging
-Will operate electric pallet jack
-Basic clean up and sorting of parts
AFTER TRAINING YOU WILL BE ASSISTING IN THE FOLLOWING
-Installs wall panels, doors and internal parts.
-Installs fans and filter racks.
-Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
-Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners, using hand tools and portable power tools.
-Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts.
-Operates drill presses, pneumatic riveting guns. After training
-Mounts and connects auxiliary mechanical, electrical, parts
-Operating a screw gun
-Identifies heating and cooling units after training
-Identifies motor, voltage, amps and fans after training
-Operates drills and die grinders.
