As an Admin Support, you will be supporting our team and your role is critical for the proper compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment. This opportunity is for you if you excel and place value on the following:

* Processes payables and expense reports for review and approval by branch management

* Assist Office Manager with credit and collections

* Prepare and monitor invoicing including file match up and mailing; entering resale transactions; re-billing as required

* Input all internal and vendor purchase orders in computer; maintain open files; match receivers and branch transfers; complete receiving paperwork

* Sorts incoming branch correspondence and mail and processes outgoing branch correspondence and mail

* Answers telephone and routes call to appropriate branch personnel

* Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to appropriate person

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:

* H.S. Diploma or equivalent

* Minimum 3 months of similar experience such as typing, filing, invoicing, accounts payable

* Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel capabilities

* Knowledge office machines and various phone systems

* Minimum Age 21
