Tasks/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain appropriate irrigation frequencies for all trial plant material.
2. Measure and record insect populations weekly.
3. Plant, space, prune and maintain trial crops as necessary.
4. Apply pesticides to all crops of responsibility.
5. Apply all plant growth regulators to all crops of responsibility.
6. Enter experimental data into computer system as necessary.
7. Participate in R&D Department meetings as required. Critical Knowledge

• Experience in horticulture or related field.

8. Familiarity with proper moisture management techniques.

10. Ability to acquire a pesticide applicators license/permit within ninety days of hire.
11. Read, Write and Speak English.
12. Lift fifty pounds.
13. Walk, Bend, and Kneel unassisted
