Under general supervision, assists users in home health and hospice with technical support, problem resolution, and training related to mobile devices and applications used within Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Torrance Memorial Home Health and Hospice.

Maintains inventory and provides the first line of support for mobile devices, tablets and laptops.Diagnoses and resolves technical issues remotely as needed.Escalates issues to Manager or appropriate personnel.Installs, configures, and maintains support systems for department.Creates project plans and task list on small projects.Analyzes application problems and workflow as well as user requirements to independently develop alternative process and/or system solutions (along with cost and resource requirements).Assists in the development and documentation of operating/processing proceduresCollaborates with IT to troubleshoot issues and ensures Home Health & Hospice follows device configuration and security standards established for the organization.Communicates technical information to non-technical users.
