The Customer Service Representative takes incoming calls from Warehouse customers to deliver goods from warehouse inventory. The Customer Service Representative of is a customer minded, service oriented, detailed person, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer's goals. This is a 24 x 7 operation and the position requires the individual to be flexible to do shift work, weekends and holidays. Requirements include; High quality customer service skills, Detail oriented for our customers success, Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Outlook), Good typing skills (minimum requirement of 25 wpm).
Position will require good math skills and will be involved with working with internal customers. We require a person that is a VERY fast learning, dedicated worked and available ASAP! The person needs to be detail oriented.
