Job Overview

Disassemble, inspect, repair and build water pumps, oil pumps, gears and shafts.


* Disassemble, inspect, repair and build water pumps, oil pumps, gears and shafts.

* Contribute to area and company goals by meeting targets pertaining to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost

* Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement by offering suggestions pertaining to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

* Accurately document production information daily

* Determine course of action to correct product that does not meet the standard

* Rotate and cross train and help train others as needed

* Attend daily and weekly huddles and give input

* High school diploma or equivalent) required

* An attached resume is required

* Ability to rotate and cross train

* Established competencies in gauging

* Ability to collaborate as a team member and work independently

* Ability to set up and operate production machinery such as: hand held rotary grinders, impact drivers, CNC machinery, parts washers, and presses.

* High level of attention to detail

* Great interpersonal and communication skills

* Able to lift 20-35 lbs. repetitively, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
