Paid Advertising Brand Manager

The Paid Advertising Brand Manager is responsible for local and national advertising campaigns for multi-location Brand clients. This person collaborates closely with internal teams including Website Design, Brand Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media on strategic initiatives. The Paid Advertising Brand Manager drives creative strategy, has a goal-focused mindset, and enjoys identifying trends based on data.

This position will focus on achieving campaign-specific KPIs with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display strategies and create efficiencies in our internal processes.

Essential Duties

  • Ensure campaign strategy and deliverables are executed by the Paid Advertising Implementation and Performance Teams
  • Work with the Brand Team to develop paid ad strategies for prospective and current Brand Paid Advertising clients
  • Develop processes to support Brand Paid Advertising accounts, including high-level reporting (client-facing and internal)
  • Manage internal communication related to Paid Ads clients between Brand Team, Operations, and Sales
  • Provide technical and strategic value on client and internal calls
  • Work with Paid Advertising leadership to allocate Paid Advertising team resources and communicate coaching opportunities
  • Create and maintain alignment between the client, Brand Team, and Paid Advertising Team on KPIs, client goals, and client expectations

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as marketing, business, math, or communications; or 2+ years of related experience
  • 2+ years of experience with PPC campaign management
  • Experience with client communication
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with conversation tracking
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred, But Not Required

  • Bing Advertising Certification
  • Experience with LinkedIn Advertising
  • Experience with Google Data Studio
  • Experience with reporting platforms
  • Experience with TV advertising
