Howard Bank is seeking a full time RelationshipBanker (Teller) II for our Timonium Branch! Our RelationshipBanker (Teller) II will be responsible for the following:

* Accepts and accurately processes all financialteller transactions

* Maintains responsibility for cash drawer and follows proper balancing procedures.

* Provides excellent customer service by providing answers and assistance for customers' questions and concerns

* Cross-sells other bank services and refers customers to other departments as appropriate

* Reviews and maintains knowledge of products, fees and policies and stays current on offerings and is able to make product suggestions with assistance

* Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities

* Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual compliance training

* Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Howard Bank "Hands On" Approach

Our Relationship Banker (Teller) II willmeet the following qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Minimum of 3-4 years' banking experience, knowledge and training in bank products and operations

* Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations

* Highly motivated-sales and service driven

* PC proficient; competent with Microsoft Office

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

* Effective problem solving and decision making ability

* Energetic team player
