Provide lab and classroom support to the faculty and staff. as well as assist the faculty in preparing lab classes and managing material in the Science Education classrooms and the Materials center.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist faculty and staff when needed
  • Perform other duties on a needed basis.
  • Enough science education/Science knowledge to prepare Science Education lab classes
  • Organize and maintain supply inventory
  • Assist faculty to run ISU summer science camp

Work Schedule

20 hrs a week: Work schedule will be determined by student availability and office hours.

  • Must be a major or minor in Science Education and Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Earth Space Science).
  • Have educational background to be able to prepare lab materials prior to Science Education lab classes.

Must be a major in Science Education and Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Earth Space Science).
