ABOUT THE JOB:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides advanced-level administrative support to one or more senior-level leaders in our corporate or regional organization or high-level leaders in our Foodservice or Grocery business units. They handle confidential company, department, and teammate information. They work with minimal supervision and plan their own work.

PREFERRED qualifications for this position include: Associate's degree or some college coursework completed. (Additional administrative experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.)

Coordinate and track status of department initiatives and projects; follow up on outstanding action items.

Respond to phone calls, emails, voicemails, and written correspondence; coordinate travel; plan events.

Gather statistical data for weekly/monthly reports; prepare and distribute reports.

Compile documents and information including graphics and visuals; skillfully proofread documents to ensure accuracy.

Maintain accurate files and records; make photocopies and distribute paper and electronic documentation.

Track and reconcile team /department expense reports; order business cards, company stationary, and office supplies.

This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED.

4 years of administrative support experience.

Broad understanding of how our business operates.

Able to work successfully in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
