General Summary:

The recruiting coordinator will be responsible for finding and attracting new employees to Clin-Path Associates. Their main job duties are to create marketing for job openings, seek out the most suitable candidates, review applications, and conduct interviews. Provides skilled TA/HR support of a confidential nature for Clin-Path Associates (CPA), Clin-Path Diagnostics (CPD), Pathology Billing Services (PBS), and Pathology Specialist of Arizona (PSA). All employees are responsible for supporting the Companys goals and mission, and for following all Company policies and procedures. This position maintains a variety of confidential records. Quality customer service is an essential part of every position.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides talent acquisition support for the department by utilizing computer programs to assist with scheduling, screening, and special projects.
  • Acts as the coordinator for information needed by laboratory staff and department operations by setting up and maintaining systems for files and supplies.
  • Provides onboarding support to new hires
  • Post jobs and ads in select locations. Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels. Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
  • Assist with all stages of the recruitment process. Work with management to understand the hiring needs of the company. Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employees.
  • Phone screen candidates, schedule interviews, attend job fairs and other recruiting events as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist with initiating background checks and/or drug screens for new hires as part of the onboarding process.
  • Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local requirements which govern the company's business and recruiting.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Additional Functions:

  • Build and manage relationships with local schools, local events, etc. Maintain new grad pipeline and create a hiring strategy in alignment with graduation dates.
  • Participate in internal and local job fairs as needed to help screen top talent
  • Manage candidates in our application system, currently JazzHR, in accordance with all company procedures.
  • Expediting and ensuring all new leads, candidate follow-up, and internal customer follow-up are executed with priority.
  • Makes conference arrangements such as location and travel.
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assists administrative staff with projects as assigned.
  • Assist with facilitating the new hire onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have at least two years of experience providing secretarial support in a multi-location health care setting.
  • 2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is highly preferred.
  • Associates Degree or above required. We will accept experience in lieu of the degree requirement
  • Experience recruiting using social media, job boards, and working with schools and all other recruiting avenues.
  • Must be proficient in Windows software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other miscellaneous programs. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrate professional behavior.
