Team Lead - Project Manager

Responsibilities

The Project Manager team lead will help oversee the project management team. This candidate will conduct project meetings as needed and work with engineers on project KPI documentation. The team lead will meet with project engineers and need to create, update, and modify plans. This is a remote position that must provide occasional support onsite at Tempe, AZ office.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a project manager
  • PMP certification is required
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to oversee and support a team
  • Have strong organizational skills and good time management
  • Ability to multitask
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
