Job Description:
Fraud Analyst will be working in a call center environment. They will be in a Financial division fielding calls from customers who have had fraudulent activity on their debit cards.

Overview of the business unit:
--Inbound call center
--Fielding calls from banking customers who experienced both a non-fraud events & a fraud event on their debit card.
--This call center acts as a liaison between customers and merchants.

Non-fraud Claim (Debit Card): Cover money which on improper billing, or give them product services that they requested.

Fraud Claim (Debit card): Victimized - unauthorized function to account

Fraud Analyst will handle 40-60 + calls / day.

This position is contract-to-hire paying $17/hour.
