Customer Service Representative

Position Function

The Customer Service Representative is responsible to help coordinate scheduling and other administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Process all paperwork in an effective and efficient manner

* Identify and monitor customer service standards, including timeliness and professionalism

* Maintain positive customer relationships, for NationServe, in collaboration with the local Manager and operations team

* Maintain a positive attitude and communication style with customers and employees in all circumstances

* Assist with other administrative/office tasks as assigned


* 2+ years of progressive experience

* Experience in industry with a service and installation or distribution company, preferably in a construction environment

* Must be bright and intelligent; deal with concepts and complexity comfortably; described as intellectually sharp, capable, and agile

Technical & Practical Skills

* Ability to develop and implement processes

* Strong organization and decision making ability

* Good negotiation skills and persuasive ability

* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple task
