Job Summary:

The Sales Support is responsible for providing professional administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department. ( Put together bids, pre-qualifications, and PowerPoints )

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements.Responsible for updating proposal and pre-qualification documents (i.e., Financials, EMR, O.S.H.A., Certificate of Insurance, State Contractor License, IES Company Background, Quality Documents, Training Documents, Manufacturer Certificates and Warranty, BICSI, etc.).Responsible for tracking pre-qualifications on Excel Spreadsheet.Assist sales team with RFP's, organizing, and preparing customer proposal binders.Create tracking for Bid Proposal Support.Assist with organizing RFP and RFQ's.Organize and maintain the Prequal and the Proposal Folders (i.e., documents with same color scheme, font style, photos).IES Contractor's License per state on RFP format (i.e. check for expiration dates, and clarity and put on RFP format).Assist with PowerPoint presentations.Enforce Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Job Safety requirements (O.S.H.A.).Other responsibilities as assigned.

* Must be able to interface well with IES clients, prospects, and business partners on a regular basis.

* Must exhibit good interpersonal skills and communicate well over the phone and in person.

* Must be able to travel within the Phoenix area as needed.Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

* Must have at least High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree preferred.

* Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.

* Must be detail oriented, and have good people/customer service skills.

* Must have good written and oral communications skills.

* Must be able to multi-task.

* Must be able to prioritize.

* Must have excellent proofreading skills.

* Must present a neat professional appearance.

* Prefer a minimum of (2) years working in an environment dealing with executive level staff.

* Prior experience in sales environment, both face-to-face and phone, preferred.

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

* Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute.

* Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
