Summary: The Medical Record Clerk is responsible for the maintenance and control of all patient medical and dental records; producing files for use on the request of authorized personnel; protects patient and employee confidentiality at all times.

Experience and Skills:

Skills: Attention to detail required. Time Management, Organization and coordination. Quality focus and attention to detail. Ability to meet Productivity standards and deadline Oriented. Ability to work with people. Knowledge and the ability to be HIPPA compliant. Strong organizational skills required. Computer skills required.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: One year experience working in healthcare preferred. One year of experience with EMR system. Experience in working with practice management software required.
