Provider Patient Concierge Representative

RadNet is hiring for Provider Patient Concierge Representative to provide concierge level service to patients in the centers and bridge the gap between referring providers and our facilities. This position also provides educational information, collateral and campaign roll outs to selected providers, patients and medical groups and may assist with direct site scheduling/prior authorization process for advanced imaging studies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to offer concierge level service to pre-selected patients (cancer patients, claustrophobic, children, disabled, elderly, nervous, etc.)
• Provide exceptional level of customer service to select physician offices including targeted IPA contracted providers, as well as provider offices interested in receiving additional and high-level customer service/support.
• Assisting with designated direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
• Provides Special Handling, VIP and support to Medical Groups/IPA providers and their staff with scheduling, stat request, medical records, reports, etc.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, constant talking, and hearing. Visual acuity to read computer screens and written materials. Also, must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally. Marketing Concierge is expected to travel up to 50% during work week.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

• At least 2 years in Medical and/or hospitality industry and/or Marketing/ Public Relations preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years proven experience required in training and presenting information to individuals or groups
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/hour
