Network Operations Analyst
The Network Operations Analyst is principally responsible for proactively maintaining and managing the organization’s centralized services, which include N-Able, LogicMonitor and others. These services must deliver consistent value to the organization’s clients by ensuring the following results:
Monitoring and alerting
Operating Systems update management
3rd party application management
Endpoint protection management
Daily duties include:
Deploying management agents
Server optimizations and maintenance
Workstation Optimizations and Maintenance
Device inventory auditing
Installing updates, drivers, and firmware manually (if required)
Maintaining technical documentation
Providing accuracy reports from tools
Deploying automation to achieve identified tasks
Maintaining and updating centralized services toolsets
The Network Operations Analyst may function as part of an implementation team onboarding new Managed Services clients as well as provide technical support and guidance to the staff who use these tools or the data from them.

Skills/ Attributes Required:
High school diploma required; technical bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience with N-Able.
Experience with ConnectWise Manage.
Good problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to understand and analyze complex issues.
Must be motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner with a high level of quality.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors, and peers.
Desire to provide the highest levels of service to clients.
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft server and client operating systems
Understanding of TCP/IP networking
Familiar with types of network equipment including routers, switches, access points and firewalls
General understanding of internet protocols including DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, IPSEC
Not Required but Highly Desirable:
Experience with LogicMonitor or other SNMP based monitoring
Familiarity with scripting and automation
Managing endpoint cloud-based security services
Strong interest in the latest technology and trends
Windows Server 2012/Active Directory exposure and experience remotely managing servers and desktops
Experience working in an ITIL-based support structure and knowledge of ITIL concepts
Ability to use appropriate tools to identify and remove spy-ware, ad-ware, and viruses
Remote troubleshooting using Remote Desktop and other remote control tools
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring agents
Managed Service Provider experience
Applicant must be local to the Central Florida area to properly interface with the team
and our clients
Travel Requirements: Regular day travel is a requirement of this position
