The purpose of this task order is to provide subject matter expertise to conduct strategic studies and assessments for the analysis, assessment, and synchronization of the UCP CWMD mission during the transfer from USSTRATCOM to USSOCOM and upon execution of the Initial Operating Capabilities in order for USSOCOM to more effectively synchronize the global DOD CWMD mission. Subject matter experts shall conduct CWMD mission analysis, CWMD planning and oversee the transfer of resources to USSOCOM.

J2 Intelligence Planner Job Description:

The J2 Intelligence Planner shall provide support to USSOCOM J2 in Intelligence Planning/Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment/Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IP/JIPOE/IPB).

Specifically, job duties shall include:

* Work with intelligence analysts and operational planners to develop CWMD Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE).

* Synchronize full-intelligence support to CWMD global campaign plan.

* Integrate Intelligence products/analysis into Joint Planning Group (JPG) to support campaign plan development.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of relevant, progressive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Required experience/skills include:

* Two (2) years of experience with doctrinal intelligence support leveraging intelligence community architectures.

* Nominees shall be former senior O-4/O-5/mid-grade GG-13 (Step 5 or higher) equivalent with at least two years of CWMD planning experience at the 4-Star CCMD level.

* Two (2) years of experience in Intelligence Community analysis and production, collection, and warning requirements management.

* Have two (2) years of experience in CCMD plans support for the CWMD mission set.

Candidate shall travel, as required, to support the planning process.

Must possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance. Essential Functions

Work Environment

Work will be performed inside a large facility. Work assignments vary based on client requirements. Position could require some night and weekend work. Travel is required to various CONUS and OCONUS non-hazardous locations based on client requirements.

Physical Requirements

Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.

Equipment and Machines

General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment.

Attendance

Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client. It is important to be able to work at least 8 hours a day for 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).

Candidate must exhibit a professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation, and enhances productivity in the workplace. Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to work effectively with a variety of government, military and contractor personnel at all levels. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Grooming and dress usually business casual, but dependent on client's standards. Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area.
