Position Overview

This position responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices are essential.

Role and Responsibilities

* Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants.

* Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of applicants.

* Reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.

* Perform reference and background checks on applicants.

* Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company and union policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.

* Refers selected applicants to person placing job order, according to policy of organization.

* Keeps records of applicants not selected for employment.

* Attend job fairs, networking events, and work with outside community partners.

* Regular attendance in order to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in recruiting in high volume staffing required

* Experience working within a call center, technology and/or operations enviornment a plus

* Fluent in Spanish a plus

* Bachelor's Degree

* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ADP Recruitment Management a plus
