The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for all aspects of sales execution and marketing related activities in their assigned accounts in a specified geography. Specifically, this role will drive chain execution, discover new customers in emerging channels and capture consumer awareness thru program activation for top 4 PBC Focus Brands.The FSR is the entry point into the PBC sales organization and is of critical importance in the future growth of PBC.

Areas of Responsibility

* Top 75 off-premise accounts sales execution accountability in assigned market:

* Develops and maintains strong customer relationships at all levels to maximize PBC opportunities for expanded sales execution throughout Focus accounts

* Drives full portfolio distribution across focus accounts

* Drives merchandising and POS execution standards for the PBC portfolio

* Drives activity and volume output via price special and features negotiation

* Drives consumer sampling activities within Key 100 accounts across PBC portfolio as relevant to the Market

* 4 days working off-premise, calling on target and prospect accounts (min. of 50 account calls per week)

* Field work includes but is not limited to selling in displays, installing POS, arranging samplings, gaining distribution, optimizing shelf placement and sku assortment, ensuring correct pricing, etc.

* Use Mobile CRM for all account tracking, capturing display photos, surveys, note taking, etc.

* Planning and execution of field marketing activity as it relates to Focus 5 goals

* Execute sales blitzes as determined by leadership

* Work collaboratively with ASM, regional KAM's, and distributors on all execution efforts in assigned accounts on Focus Brands

Qualifications

* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Beverage with DSD and 3 tier understanding

* Ability to relocate as this is an entry level role with upward trajectory expected

* Excellent interpersonal skills mandatory

* Must be innovative and have a creative way of thinking

* A minimum of 2 years Sales, Field Marketing, Event or Sponsorship experience

* A relentless passion for retail; high standards & +80% execution

* Strong Local connections to market is preferred

Education

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to ensure clear and concise communication with management, co-workers and vendors/distributors

* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Ability to travel as required
