ABOUT THIS POSITION:

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am. until 5 p.m., including some holidays. The pay range for this position is between a start rate od $13 and $14 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunity for advancement.

Position responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, able to keep a calm demeanor under pressure

* Determines requirements by working with customers and responding to customer needs

* Finds solutions for problems by clarifying issues and research, has knowledge of when to escalate issues

* Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing projects/duties; forwarding requests

* Work closely with other departments, internally and the outside sales group,

* Ordering device management and set up

* Basic Troubleshooting and first line response for customer ordering device issues, Able to understand and explain to customers the Texlon, SOS, Web Ordering and Imark/Tiva systems

* Weekly record keeping, filing as needed, both physically, and electronically

* Occasionally will key orders received via fax, phone, email

* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* One year customer service/customer care experience preferred, preferably in a call center environment

* Ability to successfully facilitate Inbound/Outbound telephone calls

* Must be dependable, able to work without supervision

* Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing

* AS400 system or other data-base drive software experience preferred

* Able to type at least 30 wpm

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel (beginner to intermediate)

* Ability to organize, receive and respond to email, faxes and voicemails in a timely manner with ever-changing deadlines and priorities

* Ability to maintain a calm professional and respectful demeanor when dealing with all customer service matters

* Possesses team mentality, able to step outside the position job function to help others without being asked

* Must work in rotation various holidays along with Customer Service Team, no evenings required, should be available for weekends if necessary

* Bilingual: Spanish, Indian, or Pakistani speaking preferred

* Since we are a small team, having an acceptable attendance record is required.

* Able to pass company standard drug and background check required.
