The Role

The Recruiting Programs and Events team is looking for a hands-on and results driven Recruiting Programs Specialist to help us scale our rapidly growing global programs and take employee events to the next level. In this role, you will support the administration of several different recruiting programs (e.g., immigration, employee referrals, peer recognition, college hiring, etc.) and be part of an engaged and dynamic team that constantly looks for ways to improve both the candidate's and employee's experience. The ideal candidate can adapt to change and will be customer service focused while having the ability to work well in an unstructured environment; balancing multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high rate of achievements and attention to detail.

Your day-to-day

* Administration of key Recruiting Programs processes:

* Preparation of travel and employment verification letters

* Processing employee referral and vendor payments

* Maintain digital and physical immigration files

* Post and track Labor Condition Application (LCA) documents

* Facilitate internal employee change notifications

* Serve as main point of contact for inquiries from our employees regarding employee referrals, peer recognition and employee events.

* Request and obtain approval for purchase orders.

* Manage interoffice and external shipments via UPS.

* Work with the team to curate and create social media postings for recruiting.

* Data entry and report generation/analysis.

* Responsible for regular system upkeep (e.g. merging candidate data, resetting passwords, etc.).

What you bring to the team

* 2-3 years experience supporting recruiting programs or operations

* Excel skills! You are comfortable and in your element when you are cutting/sorting/scrubbing data, creating pivot tables and using the VLookup function.

* Strong analytic, logical reasoning and problem solving skills.

* Ability to establish effective partnerships within the organization

* Experience with an applicant tracking system. (Taleo or Workday is a nice to have!)

* Self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously and produce results on a varied number of projects. You are a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-make-it-happen kind of person! Bottom line – you GET. STUFF. DONE.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you know how to communicate well in person and over email!

* Experience with Recruiting Programs (college recruiting, global mobility, employee referrals) is a plus
