“I joined the Community Psychiatry (CP) team in August 2017, and it has been the best setting that I have worked in since becoming a nurse practitioner in 2010. I am able to practice in an environment that feels like a private practice, while having the support and structure of one of the largest mental health groups in California. I have appreciated being asked to contribute to projects and initiatives, as well as having had executive management reach out to me to solicit my opinions as they worked to make organizational decisions. My experience with the executive team has consistently shown that they truly embrace our core value of ‘Be better, together!’”
