Title: Java Developer

Duration: 11 months

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (must be local)

Duties:

• Design and develop web applications using Java and Java EE Framework.
• Create server-side functionality using asynchronous, highly scalable design principles.
• Take responsibility for feature-focused unit and system testing
• Contribute to performance and load testing procedures and issue remediation.

Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of JAVA development experience with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of web development experience
• Strong in Java and Java EE technologies, including Object Oriented Design Patterns and Java EE Design Patterns
• Strong Knowledge and experience with Spring and Hibernate
• Strong Relational Database knowledge and experience with Oracle/SQL skills
• Strong Knowledge of Angular JS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Apache Cassandra
• Knowledge of Apache Solr

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
