Main Objective:

Ensure for a smooth transition from program development to program launch serving as introduction to inventory management processes at the Account Executive and/or client level. Adhere to project timelines as the lead for proof management and item setups prior to transitioning to the assigned Inventory Coordinator. Collaborate with Program Implementation Specialist, Program Coordinators and Customer Service team to ensure clients' continued satisfaction and success with HALO products/services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Serve as the liaison between Program Implementation Specialist and assigned Inventory Coordinator throughout the program launch process

* Involvement in program launch meetings and project management discussions

* Lead and manage proof approval process from start to finish working closely with Account Executive or client contacts

* Collaboration with Program Implementation Specialist to make recommendations to Program Coordinators, Account Executives, and/or clients on inventory levels

* Set up and change item components in FourGen

* Create, proof and submit purchase orders

* Check ship dates on in-bound inventory orders to ensure merchandise is in stock by requested due date

* Provide regular updates regarding timelines through the program implementation process

* Follow individual program guidelines to initiate appropriate action for maintaining adequate inventory levels for each unique situation (notify PC, AE, request approval, order etc.)

* Post shipments and receiving

* Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 2+ years administrative or related experience

* 2+ years' experience with HALO preferred

* Experience working with a cross-functional team

* Adaptability, able to maintain organization throughout shifting priorities

* Excellent organizational skills

* Ability to problem solve

* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

* Strong Microsoft Word & Outlook skills

* Above average keyboarding and data entry skills

* Flexibility to work well in a team environment and work overtime if required
