JOB SUMMARY:

Plans and executes assignedpromotional events and activities to ensure that programs effectively stimulatecustomer patronage at Harrah's. Ensuresactivities are being held to a high standard and on a strict timeline torealize the highest quality. Ensuresthat the highest level of customer service is being utilized.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Maintainsa thorough working knowledge of property and department policies andprocedures. Provides information andtrains staff on any changes.

* Ensuresall assigned events and promotions are executed efficiently and effectively.

* Continuallyevaluates all player events and promotions to ensure guest satisfaction,profitability and increasing market share. Makes recommendations for changes ornew programs that will stimulate business.

* Keepsabreast of competitive casino marketing events and promotions.

* Overseesthe execution of all events and promotion development to ensure the highestquality experience for our guests.

* Establishesand maintains effective communication and working relationships with otherdepartments, properties, corporate and outside vendors in order to secure andmaintain their cooperation for assistance with promotions/events. Works as a team with the Promotions/Eventsstaff and Marketing Department.

* Greetsparticipants, interacts with them on the casino floor and provides prompt,courteous, friendly and efficient service in accordance with standardprocedures.

* Developsgood working relationships and maintains effective communication with otherdepartments to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with eventsand promotions.

* Createsa fun and festive atmosphere for all events, promotions and celebrations.

TotalRewards

* Provide"A" level guest service (Deliver 140 minimum on all SOS observations)at all times.

* KnowCMS, WINet, and offer redemption systems and procedures.

* Ableto make sound business decisions under pressure.

* Knowand be able to explain the Total Rewards program, must be able to researchplayer activity and history.

* Mustbe able to search CMS and PDB to find any existing player accounts.

* Mustbe able to stand for an eight hour shift.

EDUCATION:

* Collegedegree with emphasis on marketing, hospitality, business administration orequivalent or comparable experience

EXPERIENCE:

* Level I: Less than 1 year in organizing events/promotions orrelated activities. Executes kiosk promotions, gift giveaways and ExecutiveEngagements.

* Level II: Minimum of 1 year in organizing events/promotions orrelated activities. Executes slot / blackjack tournaments, dinners, kioskpromotions, gift giveaways and Executive Engagements.

Must be APScertified and have proficient knowledge of all casino systems (CMS, LMS andEMS) as well as Microsoft systems. Ability to proof invites, eventannouncements, rules in Experience One and Completes regular updates of theDaily Event Counts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Fluentand literate in English

* Excellentverbal and written communication skills in fluent English, with the ability tomeet people easily and talk to them in a relaxed and friendly manner.

* Excellentguest and employee relations

* Strongproblem-solving abilities combined with a capacity to work independently andmake appropriate decisions without supervision

* Excellentcustomer relations skills

* Abilityto handle many projects at one time and to react well under pressure

* Abilityto set consistent examples to staff in excellent guest service andorganizational skills, professionalism and attention to detail

* Abilityto maintain professional appearance and attitudes in any and all circumstances

* Basiccomputer skills

* Abilityto obtain a Nevada Gaming license
