SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

Provides internal support in securing the assets of the Tahoe properties and specifically to the Casino Operations e.g., Tables Games, Cashiers, Slots departments by expediting chip fills, credits and Marker buy backs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

________________________________________________________________________

* Carries chips and paperwork to and from the Table Games and Cashier areas.

* Distributes chips and paperwork.

* Removes excess chips.

* Verifies chips and paperwork transactions.

* Observes and verifies Slot drop transactions.

* Monitors activities at Employee Entrance.

* Performs Safety Checks.

* Offers information and services to guests and employees, e.g. Lost and Found, escorting guests or employees to garage or other property areas, informing guests of property events and amenities.

* Ensures the delivery of great customer service through the demonstration and utilization of the Spotlight 5 skills program.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

________________________________________________________________________

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: Previous casino or security experience preferred

ABILITIES: 1. Literate and fluent in English

* Basic verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

* Good customer service skills

* Must be able to obtain a Gaming License

Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
