Position Function:

A full-time non-tenure track position at the Instructor level to teach face-to-face and distance courses in Business Management at the undergraduate level for the Management & Information Systems Department.

Salary Grade: UC

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high quality teaching. Provide service to Department and College. Conduct sufficient applied research to maintain academic qualification.

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have a Masters in Business Administration in a closely related field. Proven teaching experience at an undergraduate level.

ABDs or degree pending considered (all but DISS):

Yes

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Management or a related field. Ability to teach a variety of Management courses such as Business Policy, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, Principles of Management, and Responsible Leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Effective interpersonal skills. Knowledge, skill and ability to instruct students in various Management courses via distance and face-to-face.
