The Information Desk Clerk responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, visitors and guests, answering requests for patient information from telephone callers and walk in visitors, directing them to their proper destination, serving as point of contact for vendors to make appropriate referrals, identifying and badging visitors and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience is 1 year Customer Service or 1 year BayCare Volunteer.
