Accounting Principals is currently recruiting a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator in St. Louis, MO. Job Responsibilities include:
• Handle all aspects of A/R and A/P
• Assist in handling all aspects of month-end close
• Payroll processing and journal entries
• Reconcile and process journal entries
• Business / cost analyses
• Other job duties as assigned

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Finance or Business preferred
• One year experience in A/P, A/R, and general accounting, non-profit or internship experience, preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Quickbooks
• Experience will Google Apps preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
