SAIC is seeking a Staff Officer / Task Order Lead
This position leads the customer's front office team of 4 Staff Officers within NGA's Office of Special Programs . Duties include managing and/or performing tasks for daily front office processes supporting 2 Senior Executives and multiple division-level executives. Daily duties vary from day to day but include compiling briefings, managing and prioritizing schedules and calendars, facilitating meetings, developing agendas, managing and executing taskers with in the office
This position also includes managing the task order which includes maintaining cognizance of task order requirements and providing deliverables. This includes performing administrative duties related to the contract vehicle and specific ask order and has ultimate responsibility for the resolution of all task order performance issues. Provides inputs to and attend all program reviews and meetings required by contract. Develops and maintains highly effective relationships with the government customers and represents the company as primary point-of-contact for the task order.
Bachelor's Degree and 15 year's work-related experience -or- Master's Degree and 10 year's work-related experience
Demonstrated experience leading teams
Experience interacting with senior-level government executives
