Basic Function:

The Talent Sourcer embodies the Memorial Health System Performance Excellence Standards of Safety, Courtesy, Quality, and Efficiency that support our mission, vision and values.

These standards are evident in the daily work of the Talent Sourcer that includes:

* Consulting with the Recruiters and hiring leaders to identify and source the best and the most qualified candidates into MHS job opportunities.

* Excellent customer service to applicants and candidates for employment at Memorial by providing timely sourcing and funneling of applicants to Recruiters.

* Planning and implementing sourcing projects, including MHS recruitment events, Campus and New Graduate recruitment programs, marketing campaigns and proactive candidate communication.

* Maintaining recruitment digital ecosystem and all elements of MHS Employer Brand

Required Skills


* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field required or related field required.

* Two (2) years sourcing, recruitment, direct sales, marketing or advertising experience required.

* Demonstrated customer service experience preferred.

* Excellent communication in both written and verbal format.

* Creativity in solving issues within appropriate parameters, utilizing critical thinking skills.

* Technical acumen with web-enabled systems and tools. Strong PC skills paired with high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. CRM system experience preferred. Strong planning and organizational skills; demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail. Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Light physical effort.

* AIRS or Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP) certification required within one year employment. If hired prior to February 2015, certification must be obtained by February 2016.
