Current Need

Responsible for collaborating on the support of client's clinical and non-clinical talent acquisition and affirmative action functions. Assists with ensuring that all processes and procedures are 100% compliant. Manages routine system maintenance responsibilities include QA, outage trouble-shooting, working with ATS and Careers website, and coordinating vendor issues with job board and TA services vendors as part of extended team. Administers affirmative action plans. Works with affirmative action database, and assists in researching future technology enhancements. Supports M&A events, gathers information on logos, website content, and coordinate new practitioner meetings to ensure training on talent systems. Works on job description creation/revision, and creates new templates and tools used by Network practitioners. Drafts articles for Network newsletters, providing updates on TA improvements. Runs routine and custom reports for senior leadership around TA metrics. Assists leader with developing metrics and scorecard to continue to track continuous improvement. Conducts resume searches for Network Practitioners using our corporate resume databases. Answers routine and some complex questions about system troubleshooting/functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Performs routine maintenance on ATS and Careers website systems. Conducts regular QA checks on all sites for compliance, learning and opportunity. Ensures all fields are properly programmed to ensure candidates can apply in compliance with government regulations and job board integrations are working properly. Answers routine and complex questions about system functionality. Troubleshoots issues, providing help desk support to client HR practitioners, hiring managers, and applicants and coordinates vendor issues with job board and TA services vendors. Participate in ATS User group meetings. Partners with TA Leader on compliance projects affecting all systems against changing governmental regulations.

Administers client Affirmative Action plans. Assists with risk mitigation and compliance with all government regulations. Assists TA Leader with helping practices understand reporting requirements and engagement in local community. Participate in compliance projects against changing governmental regulations.

Manages monthly allocation process, invoice processing, and coordination between job board vendors and Finance partner for Practice billings. Monitor job board usage against budget on bi-weekly basis and report any unusual trends.

Assists with integration of new CSAs, JVs & business models with careers website, branding, and end user learning. Gathers new business information including website content, photos, videos and logos, and coordinate new practitioner meetings to ensure training on talent systems. Conducts pre-go live end to end testing on career websites and job board integrations. Assists TA Leader with integration of new job board vendors, assisting with testing, running project meetings with all affected vendors, and documenting progress.

Drafts articles for client newsletters, providing updates on TA improvements and compliance education. Conducts resume searches for client groups for hard to fill positions using resume databases. Works on job description creation/revision, and creates new templates and tools used by Network practitioners. Works with TA Leader learn to use the Supply & Demand databases to understand demographic data and then draft sourcing strategy documents as requested.

Run routine and custom reports for leadership around TA metrics and analytics. Develop metrics and scorecard to continue to track continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

2 years recruiting experience

Critical Skills-

3 years Human Resourcesexperience, including 2 year ATS and HRIS system experience.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills-

Minimum 2 years' specializedknowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems, including implementation, technologyintegrations, and change management.

Good communication andleadership skills within a large, complex/matrixed organization. Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to humanresources. Ability to utilize creativethought process and systems thinking to assist in problem solving.

Good knowledge of affirmativeaction programs and EEO/AA/OFCCP regulations affecting federalcontractors.

Experience with projectmanagement of practice/vender billing and invoicing

May be required to perform otherduties as assigned
