We are seeking a Summer Intern Business Development (Marketing) for Rexel Automation in Sparks, MD:

Job Summary:

Rexel, a world leader in the professional distribution of solutions, services and products for the energy world. Our mission is to offer its customers worldwide innovative and sustainable solutions to improve the comfort, security and energy performance of installations, infrastructure and buildings.

As a summer Intern at Rexel Automation, you'll be working with our automation and engineering team on building our new automation lab and technology center. You will gain experience in working with electrical and mechanical automation products and software. You will engage automation suppliers working with their software and technical support teams.

Other Activities Include, But Not Limited To

You'll make valuable contributions to help develop and communicate collateral and documentation around the automation technical lab, engage business leaders, generate support for the program, and be involved with networking and expansion strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* GPA must be 3.0 or higher.

* Working on an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs.

* Good listener who can take what they hear and make recommendations to leaders to drive improvement.

* Comfortable interacting with a variety of people to gather feedback and share information.

* Strong computer skills.
