SNI Companies has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Our client is a National Insurance Company located close to DFW Airport. SNI Companies specialize in matching administrative professionals with the right temporary or full-time job opportunities. The CSR will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and assisting the office management team as needed.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Process and record all incoming workflow exceptions within client-maintained survey management platforms
  • Assist with error corrections within client-maintained survey management platforms
  • Follow process and guidelines set by supervisor
  • Quality control duties
