JOB DESCRIPTION:   

                     

Under the direction of the Chief Integration Officer (CIO), the Senior Manager will oversee all AASA (AAA1B) funded program managers in the CBA department. This position will manage day to day operations, review program standards for quarterly oversight, build dashboard analytics for program evaluation, assess and implement quality improvement initiatives as directed by the CIO. Additional duties to include:

 
  • Manage AASA funded program managers workloads, set priorities, develop goals, oversee all AASA programs in the CBA department

  • Build quality improvement program initiatives, develop dashboard analytics by service category, Attend AASA workshops

  • Maintain and review AASA budget with Finance and the CIO

  • Lead RFP development with program managers. Collaborate with the compliance department in contract creation/renewals for AASA funded programs

  • Perform other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration or Business Administration preferred. Bachelor’s degree minimum

  • Must have prior work experience in: Quality improvement initiatives, public health, program evaluation and data metrics with 3-5 years of experience preferred or 1-2 years of experience minimum

  • Excellent written, oral communication, organization, and strong leadership skills.

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy, excellent data management skills and type a minimum of 40 wpm.

  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required
