Job Description

This position serves as an entry/intermediate/experienced level analyst for the Operations Section of Metro Region. The position is responsible for researching, collecting, analyzing and reporting data for the implementation and evaluation of maintenance projects and initiatives including the P3 freeway lighting contract, pump station monitoring, and others. This position will provide analytical support to the Associate Region Engineer for Operations and Operations Section staff. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing data for contract management of the performance driven P3 freeway lighting contract, including energy consumption, cost recovery, and non-compliance items. In addition, this position will provide analysis, reporting and documentation for the monitoring of pump stations, including creating reports and managing system user accounts and configuring call out lists. Other responsibilities include researching maintenance documentation such as as built plans, agreements, and utility discrepancies. This position also creates and organizes manuals, diagrams, and training and reference materials in support of Metro Region operations.

Required Education and Experience

Education

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

Experience

Departmental Analyst 9

No specific type or amount is required.

Departmental Analyst 10

One year of professional experience.

Departmental Analyst P11

Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.

The duties of this position require that the employee possess and maintain a valid driver license.
