The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic individual that will be responsible for keeping the Marketing creative team focused on delivering their best for Pluralsight. This position will be playing a crucial role in supporting the creative producers and facilitating communications between departments while helping Pluralsight Marketing create with more possibilities while being their word and accountable for excellence.

Who you are:

* You have a strong understanding of Marketing practices and creative project workflows

* You understand design fundamentals and basic knowledge of Adobe creative suite and project management tools

* You are outgoing, approachable, and possess good communication and organizational skills. You have the ability to empathize with people while keeping them on target

What you'll own:

* Follow up with Project Sponsors regarding late feedback on creatives & update copy and/or designer task duration impacted by it.

* Help Coordinate communication with designers, writers and project owners to ensure projects stay up to date in Workfront and manage cascading impact when timelines are at risk

* Assist content team for AEM publishing of offers

* Resource manager for simple (Tier 3) creative requests coming from various Pluralsight groups

* Set-up simple project plans (Tier 3), update due dates, assign resources and close down projects

* Assist creative producers with their projects (Tier 2)

* Create OIDs in Salesforce

* Lead weekly status meetings to ensure that projects are on target and archive completed creative projects

* Coordinate with the Digital Asset Management system admins to manage approved assets in the Brand Portal

Experience you'll need:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Design preferred

* Prior project Intake and/or Traffic Coordination experience

* A proven track record of successful multi-tasking essential
