Consumer Compliance Analyst

Responsibility includes:



  • Maintain an inventory and track New York Branch Compliance against all relevant regulatory requirements

  • Assist in drafting and implementing policies and procedures, and assess written supervisory procedures and other tailored or discreet compliance advisory bulletins

  • Assist in remediating gaps or shortcomings in existing policies for current regulatory requirements and any changes or new regulatory requirements

  • Experience in consumer compliance with experience on the deposit side

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of compliance training for new and existing staff

  • Assist in coordination of branch Compliance activities, conference calls and training


Knowledge/Skill Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • At least 5+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in banking preferred

  • Familiarity with U.S. Laws and Regulations

  • Superior written and verbal skills in order to communicate with senior management and staff

  • Able to operate in team environments, especially in cross-functional teams

  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to read, write and understand Korean a plus
