Sets up, breaks down, and restocks work area. Coordinates work schedule with meal schedule. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or GED equivalency required. 90 hour course or equivalent education preferred. 2 years institution or quantity cooking experience required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time as well as work over hot stove/ovens. Must be able to lift heavy pots and equipment of 50 to 130 lbs.
