Description:The Field Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of all BBU Branded, Private Label, and licensed products within a specified customer and geography. We’d prefer this position to be located out of Sioux Falls, SD; South Sioux City, NE; or Ankeny, IA, and will cover MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, and IA.Key Job ResponsibilitiesInteracts internally with the Central Customer Team and develops external relationships locally to support successful execution of promotional strategies.Directly interacts with the sales operations team and works closely with all to ensure flawless execution of all programs from planning to execution.Monitors and communicates customer sales performance identifying opportunities for improvement and plans to execute on the opportunities utilizing Retail Link Data and Margin Minder Data or other internal data warehouse programs with both internal and external customers.Responsible for account Operational Calls within assigned territory.Assists in the preparation and implementation of business development plans to maximize space, position, distribution and promotion of BBU products.Leads resets within assigned territory.Leads Scan Based Order implementation and expansion.Deliver on key performance indicators for revenue, volume and controllable expenses (freshness, inventory and labor) in order to achieve the key objectives for assigned sales Ensures compliance with all BBU safety programs promoted by the company.Additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Education and Work History Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. Ideal candidate will possess: 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
